Michoacán-Style American Breakfast

• Freshly Squeezed Juice (Select one): Orange, Papaya, "Immune Booster" (Antigripal), Green Juice, or Seasonal Fruit.

• Fruit Symphony with House-Made Yogurt or Cottage Cheese: A fusion of seasonal fruits. Choose between our house-made yogurt with cacao and chia seeds, or cottage cheese with freshly baked granola and Zitácuaro honey.

• Traditional House-Baked Bread: We take pride in our regional artisanal bread, freshly baked in-house daily.

• Hot Beverage (Select one): Freshly brewed coffee, Morelia-style hot chocolate, herbal tea, matcha, or chai

• Michoacán Specialties (Select one):

- Farm-Style Eggs (Huevos de Rancho) Authentic ranch gordita stuffed with beans made by Red Tsiri, topped with xanducata chili and spices with 2 poached eggs with a touch of chorizo and cheese.

- Chipotle Omelette: Toasted bread with thin slices of avocado, under a spinach and mint omelette, topped with creamy chipotle sauce and finished with arugula.


- Morelia-Style Omelet: Excellent light option with a touch of huitlacoche topped with chili sauce.

- Casino-Style Eggs: Enfrijoladas stuffed with Mexican style eggs, sprinkled with Cotija cheese, chili and cream.

- Shredded chicken chilaquiles:Red or green sauce, or with atápakua. Purépecha recipe of delicious chili peppers and spices.

- "Tierra Caliente" Chilaquiles: Crunchy black chilaquiles with chamorro, cooked over low heat, onion, cilantro, cheese and cream.

- Eggs with Huetamo Chorizo: Scrambled eggs cooked with authentic Huetamo chorizo, featuring notes of chile cascabel and a blend of spices found only in Michoacán. Served with traditional refried beans and warm tortillas.

- Scrambled, fried or omelette eggs: Two eggs and a choice of ingredient: ham, bacon, cheese, mushrooms or spinach.
